Aarambh

Project Aarambh began with a simple observation during a survey that many underprivileged children were eager to learn but lacked access to proper education and resources. Instead of starting formal teaching immediately, the team first focused on building trust and connection, making the learning process more comfortable and effective. True to its name, “Aarambh” (meaning beginning), the initiative aims to give children a fresh start through education, guidance, and continuous support.

The project identified children in need, conducted workshops for basic academic learning, and included lessons on social awareness and moral values. Regular visits ensured consistency and progress, while books and stationery were distributed to support their journey. Sponsored by Poonam Bharti and Shakila Begum, guided by teacher Renu Sehgal, and managed by Sakshi Rathi with volunteers Khushi Chanchal, Navi Chanchal, and Harsh, the initiative highlights how trust and effort can create meaningful change.

Background

Many individuals hesitate to start due to lack of guidance, confidence, or resources. Aarambh was conceptualized to address this challenge by creating a supportive environment that motivates people to take initiative. The idea is rooted in the belief that every big achievement begins with a small step.
